Nowadays, emotional illiteracy is increased, where music education is able to contribute effectively to the reduction of the phenomenon. Art and especially music, thanks to its immediacy, play a key role in cultivating eemotions. This field, however, is unexplored and there is lack of interventions in emotional education programs through music in international education system. So, it is worth implementing an emotional education program focusing on music in High Education and Special Education during the school year 2020-21. Through the program, it is important for syudents to recognize, express and accept their feelings to manage them and to develop empathy for the feelings of others.
